Vegetarian options are available here - but I like to get their beef order, the accompanying sauces are to-die-for. There is also a location in Costa Mesa :)

If you've never had shabu, then this is a must try! California Shabu Shabu takes pride in offering authentic Japanese Shabu Shabu & cuisine in its truest form. The food is presented in away that accentuates its natural flavors and complexity. $$
