Because it is near Zabac. Zabac is an open bar with live and dj music in various forms, good prices and cocktails. It is near Best and Roko, two other night clubs that are only three hundred feet away. Best is mainly a techno place with entrance tickets or such. Roko is more for students, they have small drinks and serve no cocktails. There are close by and guests can visit on foot.
