For a more "south of the border" experience, try Fiesta! This is just a normal grocery store, but they have a much more interesting international selection, and also sell cowboy boots, tortilla presses, straw hats and such.

Update: this place has been torn down. GO DURING THE DAY. It's not a bad place but looks sketchy. Their produce is usually quality and prices are awesome, they also have a wide variety of ethnic foods, sauces and seasonings, so if you couldn't find it at the other stores, you'll probably find it here.
