Tips from locals
Cool, little restaurant tucked away off the beaten path with excellent food. Try the cheesesteaks.
Be a local for a day! Check out their Philly cheese steak rolls!!! Amazing salads.
Casual eatery fixing up finger foods, sandwiches & Philly-style cheesesteaks, plus cocktails & beer. The game is always on.
The Sloop Galley and Spirits began as an idea from two local restauranteurs with over 40 years of restaurant experience. The location and timing came together in the summer of 2019. The Sloop prides itself on fresh quality foods made in house and exceptional service. One of the partners, James Gallen, from the Philadelphia area decided to incorporate original Philly cheesesteaks on the menus as they are not offered in the south. The other partner, BR Mock, decorated the establishment with authentic sailing tools, pictures, and memorabilia from his days sailing. The Sloop is a locals eatery and watering hole. Due to our size limitation we can only handle seating of 8 or less during peak hours. Unfortunately we cannot accept to go orders during peak hours. This is usually from 11:30am-2:00pm during lunch and 6:30pm-8:30pm during dinner. Due to our size and staff limitations our to go menu is limited. Thank you for understanding.
