East of Tisvilde Hegn lies Tibirke Bakker. Wealthy landowners and artists bought plots of land in Tibirke Bakker at the beginning of the 19th century. It is permitted to travel on roads and paths, which include leads to a magnificent view point in the middle of the area. From the "View" you can see Arresø, a bit of Roskilde Fjord and Gribskov.

Meget smukt og roligt område at gå tur i. Parker ved Tibirke Kirke og følg skiltene til 'Udsigten'. Very beautiful and quiet area to walk in. Park by Tibirke Church/Tibirke Kirke and follow the signs to 'Udsigten' (the view point).
