When visiting this Wildlife Refuge center you will be vising the resident wolves. Yes - WOLVES. they are beautiful animals. Since this is a rehab center some animals you will not see - especially if they are to be re-released into the wild. There are resident bears, owls, eagles, and did I mention wolves. In the past few summers they have yoga on Wednesday's in the education building. You can walk around the area and listen to the talks. Have a great visit.

Very nice rehabilitation refuge for our wildlife. They operate on donations so please help support them if you visit. They give a lengthy speech most days and it’s very informative.

This is a free, donations encouraged wildlife refuge with local, beautiful animals. Also I nice walk and close to Lake Placid for a great day trip!

This place is amazing! You can see real wild life! These people devote their lives to rehabbing and helping the rest of the Adirondack mountains' population(non-human). Here you can see Eagles, Ravens, Fox, Wolves, Goose, Coyote, Owls, Falcons, Hawks, and who ever else has come along that needs a little assistance or rehabbing.
