“Seaford is home to one of Port Phillip Bay's best hidden beach gems. With a beautiful refurbished pier and wide stretches of white sand, Seaford Beach is a fantastic place to spend the day. Invite friends and family for a memorable location to spread out and enjoy crystal clear waters. The beach and pier are a photographer's dream, come at sunrise or sunset to capture spectacular shots of the area. The beach is also close to shops, restaurants and a large supermarket. Public barbeques are available at the car park off Station Street. The Seaford Foreshore Reserve is a beautiful trail running parallel to the beach, inland from gentle dunes. The reserve is a five kilometre stretch with the finest example of Coast Banksia Woodland in Melbourne. Protected from the wind, it is an easy walking trail that is welcoming to dogs on leads.”
