To truly appreciate the art and complexity of producing Champagne, a cellar visit to Moët et Chandon in Épernay is a must. It is very well organised and you can book a tour in several languages. I highly recommend the Vintage tour which lasts about 1.5 hours with a tasting of delicious vintage white and rosé Champagne to finish off.
