Brew Bistro Fortis

Brew is one of the coolest and biggest rooftop bars in the city. Open to the elements, it’s an amazing atmosphere up there, especially in the sunshine. They have picnic tables, a fun astroturf floor, and a huge bar serving a range of drinks. There’s a microbrewery on-site where they craft their own beers, and there’s never a cover charge to get in. Check out their salsa nights on Thursdays when they make use of the huge dance floor. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or a professional, anyone can join, and it’s less busy than at weekends.
