I first went to a Vapiano's while traveling in Europe. I was so happy when this fast-casual restaurant made it to my neighborhood. It serves made-to-order pizzas, house-made pastas and salads.

Awesome place. You basically get a card to charge whatever food you order on, and pay at the register when you are done. It is a modern american take on Italian food.
