The Clifton Forge Company is made up of a small group of local citizens, dedicated to providing opportunities for better living and learning to adults and children. Clifton Forge School of the Arts opened its doors to the public on January 16, 2011, offering a wide variety of classes in painting and drawing, blacksmith arts, needle-and-fiber-arts, beginning piano, flute, guitar and harp instruction. Next door, in the historic Grocery Wholesale building, is the stained glass and clay studio. This is a beautiful venue for craft/art shows, weddings, and gatherings of many kinds. Truly a jewel in our beautiful town!
