Really nice cafe . Really nice bagels fresh locally made . I love their egg with goat cheese ( farm fresh ). Great place to stop when you go Callicoon Farmers market .

Cafe owner / chef Eva uses all of the freshest, In season ingredients, usually sourced locally. Cafe Adella Dori is also located conveniently about 50 feet from Knotty Pine on the Delaware and you will be provided 1 voucher for a free breakfast sandwich and tea or coffee for each guest staying.
