It’s the place for new American veg-friendly cuisine and warm, intimate dining—the only light comes from the Edison light bulbs that trail along the ceiling. I was super impressed by their flatbread with wild mushroom, ricotta, farm egg, and truffle oil, as well as their black kale caesar. Every weekend until 4 pm, bloody marys, mimosas, and their house punch are just $7 each. Try their vegetarian brunch items while you’re at it, like their avocado toast and winter greens.
