Shop for freshly caught fish from the 'boyashore' huts open from 9am selling the days catch - so cheap!
The very far end of Hastings is worth a visit. The funicular up to the Fire Hills starts from here there are also steps if you prefer to climb and get great views of Hastings and across the channel to France. There is also a museum and Sea Life Centre. The miniature railway also starts here and runs back into Hastings. Buy fresh of the boat seafood here and great fish and chips at Maggies.

Beautiful natural coastal walk. Forms part of the Jurassic coast. Charming traditional fishing huts and stalls selling fresh fish caught daily by local fishermen.
Easy swim Rock-a-Nore Beach is usually a bit more quiet and great to go in for a dip Hastings Beach Meditation Every Sunday morning at 9am locals come together for free beach meditation on the beach right in front of the Motor Boat & Yacht club, 40 minute sit in silence (not guided). The group usually goes for a coffee & chat in Aroma café in George Street afterwards and they are very open and welcoming to newcomers
