Really good cafe. Beautiful long beach. Lighthouse end has some awesome rock hopping at low tide.
Beautiful picturesque beach with views of Godrevy Lighthouse and St Ives Bay. A quiet beach with secluded spots – perfect for watching the sun set and seals can be seen at Mutton Cove.
Godrevy beach is a just a short 10 minute walk from your AirBnb stay, so why not make the most of it? The last stretch of the impressive 4 miles of golden sands this area boasts, expect to see it filling up with surfers, families and kitesurfers on a sunny day, with beautiful views over Godrevy lighthouse and St Ives Bay.
This is one of our fave spots, if you go to the car park furthest away then it’s a short walk to the cove where you can see the most stunning crew of seals and their pups, if this one’s full it’s a 40 minute round walk along rugged coast to the seals. It’s a National Trust car park so if you’re not members it’s a pay and park scheme.
Stunning views, glorious walks, fabulous swimming, wonderful surfing, a large seal colony, cliffs, beach, sand-dunes, lake, cafes and a restaurant.ack. What more could you want? The A4 coaster bus will take you there from Portreath and you can walk back or vice versa. The adjacent Gwithian beach is a favourite of surfers.
