There you can see Botafogo bay (with Sugarloaf background), Guanabara Bay, the Christ, parts of Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, the Rio-Niterói Bridge, parts of Copacabana and more.
Dona Marta is a pacified Favela (nowadays most commonly referred to as "community") in Botafogo. At its top there is is a helipad and Mirante (observation deck) from which you get great shots of Christ the Redeemer, the beaches, downtown and Sugarloaf mountain.
Stunning panoramic views of the entire city. Tourists can observe postcards as Corcovado, Christ the Redeemer, Sugar Loaf Mountain, the Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas and Guanabara Bay-Talk Faveliving
The best view of Rio. It's way better than from the Corcovado/Christ, because it's closer and clearer. Most of postcard pictures of Rio are taken from this spot. Free admission. Taxi ride c. EUR 10
