Beautiful building with collection of things to see from the founder of Williams Sonoma. The giant fork sculpture (made of forks) is also great to see.
CIA at Copia offers a wide array of cooking and wine classes in addition to special programming such as concerts and other fun activities. Check out their website to see their current offerings!
A different experience to eat at a culinary school - but we really enjoyed it.
(16 minute walk) Everything about cooking is available here with the Culinary Institute food classes and demonstrations. There's a culinary museum with an array of amazing kitchen wares, a full scale garden that supplies The Grove Restaurant with farm to table produce. The Marketplace at Copia is a household goods store with unique and hard to find kitchen cookware, linens, pottery and books. Besides the Grove there is the Lunch Box at Copia for casual dining and a wine bar. Regular art exhibits and special events add to the cornu(copia) of a food lovers paradise.
