Akha Thai Cooking School is the first and only cookery school in Thailand and Chiang Mai where you can learn how to prepare delicious Akha hill tribe food beside the thai food, located in old city of Chiang Mai. It is founded 2015 and run by Akha people. Teacher is Akha Thai woman who speaks fluent english and had a long experience in teaching. Each of their students will get a unique gift made by Akha people, one cook book and some dry thai herbs to bring back home. You can book course online at their website or simply walk in and make reservation.
