Blackpool Sands is a crescent-shaped golden-sandy beach, backed by pine trees and rolling countryside. Plenty of facilities including showers, toilets and a cafe serving local organic food.
Stoke Fleming's star attraction! Set along a coast as good as that offered by the French Riviera, it is reachable by a 15 minute walk along the South West Coast Path from the village, or by car. It offers an award winning child friendly beach, lifeguard, sand pits, the beach cafe, takeaway, toilets and parking. No dogs are allowed during mid and peak season - Start of April until the end of October.

Blackpool Sands is just one of the many glorious beaches in this area of south Devon. It is particularly pretty with a good cafe, Venus Cafe, on site and a life guard part of the year. It takes about 40 minutes to drive there but the route is beautiful and it is worth it!
