Tips from locals
1,200 acre state park at the confluence of Clear Creek and the Clarion River. Beartown Rocks is a popular destination for hikers.
This is a beautiful state park that features a swimming hole, creek, hiking, picnicking, camping and has river access. We like this park for younger children as there is a lot of opportunity for them to play in the water. Just 4 miles from the cabin!
Clear Creek is entirely different than Cook Forest, despite being so nearby - worth a visit. Also, Bear Town Rocks are popular for bouldering.
