This is a folk art garden created by the late Howard Finster. He took peoples trash and turned it to treasure. This garden is worth the trip if you like folk art. There is even a permanent exhibit at the High Museum of Art in Atlanta.
Howard Finster was a renowned folk artist and this property was both his home and his canvas and is now a museum of his work.

Finster's former studio, a yellow, plank-sided bungalow, is now a visitors' center. From it, a path leads to a multi-layered, multi-sided building, the World Folk Art Chapel.
