Indian cuisine prepared with attention to detail, not your typical curry shop. Must have dish - (seasonal menu hard to pin down) some of my past favorites - 1. Bison Keema served with home-baked buns - hits home-run every time 2. lamb-chops 3. Chicken Biryani - classic prep, not a curry shop rendition
