Local brewery. The beer is delicious, and I believe they have food as well. Google their menu, and stop inside for a tasting.
Simple Roots brews classic, accessible beers that anyone can enjoy. You know them: pilsner, pale ale, stout, kolsch, and other true-to-style beers. •They are also busy experimenting with new hops, wild yeast, coffee or using that bumper crop of local raspberries for a sour. • For those who love the details: They’re small but mighty. They double brew on their three barrel brewery into seven barrel fermenters, allowing them to produce about 170 gallons of finished beer per brew. • They package their beer in 16 oz. cans and sell them within a 50 mile radius of our brewery in Burlington, VT. They’re also on tap in many of Northern Vermont’s best restaurants and bars. Hide

Simple Roots is a fantastic nano brewery in the New North End of Burlington. It's a short drive down North Ave. You can buy cans or growlers, and they also take reservations for a small number of tables on OpenTable
