Tips from locals
Moderate to difficult hikes. Mount Cutler is easier and is 1.7 miles long. Mount Muscoco is 4 miles (more difficult and uphill--may be slippery at times). Mount Cutler is more family friendly than Muscoco. Both hikes have excellent views!

This is a nice trail for the whole family that provides excellent views of Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. I would recommend continuing out to the 'point' (take the trail east from the summit) for the best overlook of Colorado Springs. If your party is more adventuresome then about 3/4 of a mile in you can take the right turn to go to the Mount Mocusco trail which is longer and more difficult
