Beautiful sandy beach in Gerrans Bay, home of the Hidden Hut. Stroll along the coast path from Portscatho.
A lovely walk from Carne/Pendower Beach along the coast path, takes you across my favourite beach I call it 'White Sands' and then around the coastguard hut point and onto Porthcurnick. Or if you would rather hop in your car for a 10 min drive to the beach. A beautiful spot with glimpses of Portscatho in the distance - 15 minutes along the coast path and you will arrive in the village or 5 mins by car. Porthcurnick is also home to the Hidden Hut - www.hiddenhut.co.uk serving beautiful lunches, cakes and refreshments (Hidden Hut has a media profile, definitely worth a visit but there can be ques, so we don't suggest turning up starving!)

half hours drive, great beach , pay and display carpark and toilets next to 'The Hidden Hut' selling great lunchtime meals, drinks. ice creams and cakes.
A wide sandy beach banked by lush green fields, sheltered by the steep cliff either side. It's just a 10 minute walk from The Hideaway. With The Hidden Hut right next to it for refreshments and food and the benefits of public toilets.
