SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment owns and operates Discovery Cove, a theme park. SeaWorld Orlando and Aquatica Orlando's sister park, SeaWorld San Diego, is also located here. Visitors at Discovery Cove may "speak, touch, play, and swim" with bottlenose dolphins as the centerpiece of their experience. The Grand Reef, the park's newest addition, opened to the public in June of that year. It debuted the Freshwater Oasis in the summer of 2012.
