I'm not afraid of a parasite, heavens no. :-) Bring a cup and taste the natural carbonated spring water. Soda Springs was known as the "Fizz Water City", and they used to bottle and sell carbonated soda water, Idan-Ha, in the 1900s. Soda Springs even had a semi-professional baseball team, Fizz Water Team, in 1910. Various picnic areas, playground, restrooms, and covered pavilion available to use.

Hooper Springs is a historic place in Soda Springs where carbonated water comes out of the ground and flows into a nearby creek. The spring is covered by a small pavilion and has a place to get down close to the water. Visitors can take a cup and dip in the bubbling brew and drink the carbonated mineral water straight from the source. A local favorite is to mix it with lemonade.
