This historic WWII blimp hanger houses an interesting collection of aircraft and other historic artifacts.
If you are an old airplane buff, this is the place! The museum is housed in hangars used during WWII for blimps searching for Japanese submarines off the Oregon coast.
This museum is one of two original wood structure blimp hangers. Built during WW2 to defend the coast from possible attacks by submarines, etc. Old war planes are on display here, historical information and local history, and additionally the shear wonder of the size of this hand built structure!
