“Tres Estrellas”: YOU HAVE to try our local dish CUY! (Guinea pig), this place is the best just in front of Pumapungo museum, they prepare the best cuy in Cuenca, it is a little expensive because you have to buy an entire one but you won´t regret it is delicious and it doesn´t get more local than that try the “canelazo” which is our local schnapps made of sugar cane. Pre-order your cuy cause it takes a couple of hours to prepare. (Conejillo de indias), este lugar es el mejor justo enfrente del museo Pumapungo, preparan el mejor cuy de Cuenca, es un poco caro pero no se arrepentirá y no hay nada más local que probar el “ canelazo ”que es nuestro aguardiente local hecho de caña de azúcar. Pre-ordene su cuy porque toma un par de horas prepararlo.
