Tips from locals
If you like arthouse films then this is a great cinema in an award winning building. Outside is Spice Alley where you can eat outside and try all sorts of different cuisines.
Palace Central, now open in Broadway's Central Park Mall (opposite UTS), is comprised of 10 screens, plus 3 Platinum cinemas and multiple lounge and bar areas.
Indie and blockbusters. 15 minute walk across Prince Alfred Park and through Chippendale or take the Devonshire St pedestrian tunnel starting at the bottom of the stairs at Central station. Great cinema.. the first two rows of every cinema has reclining seats. You can even take a glass of wine inside. Bookings online. Choose Central Park cinema. Eat at Spice alley in Kensington Street or dumplings at Din Tai Fung.
