Seward park is one the most beautiful Parkes with access to Lake Washington parks.
Fabulous local park with walking loop around it. Interior possesses old growth Douglas Fir trees. Views of Mt. Rainier and also has Audubon Center.
This park is a peninsula extending into Lake Washington with a paved 3 mile loop around the perimeter with view of Mt Rainier as well as the city. Interior trails take you through forest. There are also beaches for swimming, a great playground, and tennis courts.
Seward Park is five minutes away by car and twenty minutes away on foot. This park has a network of trails among old growth forests, and Audubon center store and educational site, and spectacular views of Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier. Highly recommended!
