This is the newest of the 3 concept restaurants Mike and Sarah run. With impeccable hand-made pastas, excellent pizzas, fresh carefully prepared local food . My friend Jean-Francois can often be found in the small open kitchen. Say hello and try his Wild Mushroom Ravioli with beurre blanc, wild mushroom and ricotta, truff le, pine nuts, & grana padano with an Endive & Fennel Salad: Green apple, dates, shaved onion, pine nuts, orange, capers, radish, fresh dill, & garlic anchovy dressing. For meat lovers the Roasted Porchcetta: Braised pork loin belly, wild mushrooms, sautéed pancetta kale, & salsa verde, have it with a glass of Gran Passionne Merlot, fantastic!
