It is a long drive from Adelaide but worth it. It is one of my favourite places to go to in South Australia. It is an Eco Hotel that has great local bush food, an art gallery, and you can go looking at some of the sheep stations, or go one of the many walking trails. The Flinders Rangers is unique place to go in Australia.
