The closest entrance point to the park from you, as well as the main entrance from North East Road, Tea Tree Gully, near Fox & Firkin Pub. Fantastic historic walking trails, connects to the other Anstey Hill look out walks mentioned in this guide.
If you love to walk, hike, mountain bike, you will reallhy enjoy Anstey Hill Recreation Park. Great views of the CBD and surrounds to the sea, on the other side of the hill, you will see our beautiful range of hills. A number of tracks to choose from in terms of fitness and time. I love the Pink Gum track - go anti clockwise, I think it's a little kinder.....Dogs allowed on leashes, it took Diggadog and I about 1.15 hours, allowing time for sniffing, exploring and appreciating the view!
