Why locals recommend it

This is where I ply my trade. Co-founded by Jamie Oliver and US chef Adam Perry Lang, the emphasis in the kitchen is on smoke and fire, and that’s the vibe we go for in the drinks we serve, too. We like to focus on uncomplicated twists on classic cocktails using modern techniques. There are no fancy garnishes: We let the drinks do the talking. We have an extensive whiskey list of around 300 whiskeys—mostly American. The Barbecoa blazer is our signature drink. It’s apple and cinnamon-infused bourbon mixed with cocktail bitters and maple syrup. We set fire to it to mellow out the flavours. It’s our version of what the kitchen does.

If you want excellent food this Jamie Oliver restaurant is delicious. It's a fancy place, so dress up and prepare your wallet. Well worth it (plus a ca. 18 page whiskey menu).
