Tips from locals
Get in touch with your spiritual side at the Armenian Church!!! Built in 14th century by an Armenian merchant, it is one of the oldest buildings in the city. Cathedral is opened from 10:00 to 5:30 pm. To listen to the stunningly beautiful chorals, visit the church at 11:00 am on Sundays.
Armenians, along with Ukrainians, Poles & Jews were Lviv's historic inhabitants. All the Churches coincidentally hold the same name--the Church of the Assumption of Mary.
