The Wheeling Heritage Port is a Festival area along the Ohio River in the middle of Wheeling WV. It is home to the Upper Ohio Valley Italian Heritage Festival, The Vintage Race Boat Regatta, The BBQ Festival, Wine and Beer Festivals, many races including the Ogden Half Marathon Race and an event or concert on any given weekend or Wednesday night, throughout the summer.
