Behind Brand Park is a trail that lead up in to the Foothills above the neighborhood. Bring a water bottle with you as it can get hot quickly. The park itself has a playground for kids, a Japanese Tea Garden and "The Doctor's House" - a restored old home from Glendale's early days.

There is a beautiful Japanese Garden with a Koi pond on one end of the park, In the summer there is a kiddie pool, there is also a playground
