Ballinspittle is less than 10 min drive from house. The village has a large playground and GAA pitch. Also Ballinspittle Woods Walk/Walking trails is located from the village. Village has Centra convenience shop, Hurley's Pub (open all day for food), Lordan's Butchers, Ena's Hair Salon, Co-op Grocery Shop & Petrol Station, Diva's Cafe & Bakery and Nail Salon. A busy village close to Garrettstown Strand.
