Skating rink here in the winter; farmers market and live music here in the summer.
The square sits behind our city hall, beautiful historic building. This square has seen everything, at one time Kingston was Canada's capital. Merchants have been selling here for hundreds of years, and still are. Market days are Tuesday Thursday and Saturday. Sunday is reserved for the antique market. During the summer months, Kingston hosts Movies in The Square every Thursday night where they play family favorites and classic films. During the winter Kingston transforms the square into an ice rink for everyone to enjoy for free.
