Japanese. At lunch Nagomi offers a pared-back list of bento boxes and set meals, while dinner reverts to straightforward entrees and mains, plus a short sushi selection. The sashimi is a must, both for the spectacle of the ice bowl in which it is presented and the precision of the slices of salmon, tuna and kingfish which make up the entree serve (other seafood, including octopus and scallops, are included in a larger size).
