It's a ton of fun to just drive the quick last stretch when arriving to Melgar from the capital Bogotá. The one-way, two-lane road goes down the mountain highway, delving into the river valley surrounded by steep mountain hills, passing the natural rock formation "Devil's Nose" (Nariz del Diablo) before arriving to the town of Melgar.
