Overlooking incredible turquoise and ultramarine blue waters from stunning 200-foot cliffs.
This trail looks out over the turquoise and ultramarine waters of Georgian Bay from 200' cliffs. It is a 5.5 km hike round trip. The trail is rated as easy to medium intensity.
Beautiful trail with an absolutely incredible view! Feels like you are on a cliff looking out over the ocean!
This is the ultimate hike on the Bruce Trail which meanders to the iconic Lion's Head lookout. Come in the Fall off-season to enjoy free parking and less congestion. Be prepared to plan your hike coming in the busy season May-September and you will have to pay for parking downtown Lion's Head.
One of our favourite spots to hike is Lion's Head. You can easily spend a morning, afternoon or even a day in Lion's Head. The views are incredible and at 1 or 2km, not long enough to make kids grumpy. Back in town on the waterfront there's a great little beach and places to have some food or go for ice cream.
