My property is officially in 16th St Heights, but it's closer to Petworth. 16th St. Heights is a well-established neighborhood with mostly single-family homes that completely feels like you're in the suburbs. It's very close to Rock Creek Park so it's very quiet.

Very residential, close to Rick Creek Park, easy to park, family friendly, close to all of DC, on multiple bus lines.
