Don Camillo is a classic Italian restaurant that was born from the collaboration of renowned Israeli Chef Roi Antebi and Major Food Group, a world leader in food, beverage and hospitality. It represents a convergence of Italy, New York, and the Mediterranean to create food that is rooted in Italian tradition and explosive in flavor. Every piece of meat, fish and produce come from carefully curated local sources. The restaurant is located in the historic wing of the hotel, with indoor and outdoor seating in the magical courtyard.
