On the corner of Piper and Wedge St. Locally produced gin served in a trendy, hipster bar atmosphere. Open from lunch through dinner for cocktails and grazing plates.

A premium small batch gin distillery. They use the highest grade of 100% Australian grain spirit, triple filtered using our custom gravity-fed carbon filter system, to provide the purest base for capturing the soul of botanicals. They grow many of the botanicals on their property, and use a vapour pressed production approach for distillation.

Animus Distillery Cellar Door and Cocktail Lounge, you can watch as they prepare the botanicals, charge the boiler and collect the precious distillate as it pours fresh from the still.
