Lovely local pub in the village of Sissinghurst. Lovely food and good vegetarian food too. Wood fired pizzas and lots of outside space. Good idea to book a table if you are planning to eat. Bank holidays, Summer and Christmas has live music events and is great fun. Easy parking and lovely walk to the beautiful Sissinghurst Castle too.
Owned and run by family friends of ours, it's become a more modern, family-friendly destination pub and restaurant since its conversion from The Bull in Sissinghurst a few years ago. We often drop in to take advantage of the wood-fired pizza oven in the summer and there are also multiple music and entertainment events through the year to look out for, such as Milkfest. There's a smart dining room or relaxed bar food when indoors.

The Milk House is locally famous for its great pizzas - they're huge and delicious! The menu is good quality, standard pub fare, and it serves good local beers and wines. There's a big pub garden with lots of tables, as well as a children's play area (there are plenty of quiet corners as well!). The pub has a car park and there's street parking if needed.
Gastropub, 5 minutes away. Attractive bar area with open fire, great restaurant and large garden.
