Banksia Park sits along the Yarra and next to famous Heide art gallery. Long walks and open spaces make you feel like you've left the city. There are some picnic tables, and around October, an incredible display of blossoms in the Cherry Blossom Orchard donated by the Japanese Government.

Banksia Park is great for walking, taking the dogs or having a BBQ. Close to Heide Museum of Modern Art.
