If you find yourself in the area on the second weekend of each month (except January and February), it’s definitely worth a visit to the market weekend held at the Bowhouse Farmers Market near St Monans. The market, held indoors and outdoors, includes street food, as well as cooking demonstrations, craft workshops and tastings from local distilleries. Even not on market weekends, there's an interesting cafe and food shops (check open days)

Great Farmers market just as you enter St Monan's. Perfect pitt stop if you're exploring the East Neuk. Note: only open on select weekends, please check the website.
