A nearby hike that takes you through marshes to the edge of Accabonac Harbor. Great views, but often a wet/muddy path!

Wildlife refuge and sanctuary. Short 1.5 mile trail through meadow and salt marsh. Bird watching.

Only 1.8 miles away, a beautiful 29 acre hiking park by Gardiner’s Bay. The trail heads east from the parking lot and then northeast through a field and out to a circular loop and then return.
